These rates are quoted per person, per night and are in South African Rand. They include accommodation as detailed, 14% VAT and a South African Tourism Bed Levy. Flights and transfers to and from Ulusaba are not included.

We can accommodate extra adults and children in some of our rooms on fold-out or rollaway beds. In some cases there will be an additional charge of ZAR 2,000 per person, per night. There are restrictions on the number of guests and vehicles allowed in the Sabi Sand Reserve, so there may be times when we're unable to accommodate extra guests in rooms. Please contact us for details.
Exclusive Use
These rates are quoted per lodge, per night and priced in South African Rand. Hiring one or both lodges exclusively is ideal for weddings, birthdays, or any type of gathering where you might like the place to yourselves! You'll have full use of the lodge for the number of guests stated and your own game vehicles

How many rooms do we have?
Safari Lodge can accommodate 22 guests sharing 11 rooms and Rock Lodge can accommodate between 16 and 20 guests sharing 8 rooms. Additional guests may be accommodated in some rooms. Please speak to one of our reservations offices for more details.
Ulusaba reserves the right to change rates at any time and supplements and
minimum stays may apply during peak periods.

Things to do... and also included!
- Look out for the 'Big Five' on the twice daily game viewing drives traversing an area of 13,500 hectares in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, accompanied by a fully trained and experienced ranger and tracker
- Enjoy a daily walking safari accompanied by a ranger and tracker and learn about medicinal properties of plants, local beliefs regarding the wildlife and fascinating facts regarding the animals*
- Work out at one of our gymnasiums
- Have a hit of tennis on one of two floodlit tennis courts or watch your friends courtside from the viewing pavilion - racquets and balls supplied.
- Relax in one of the lounges at each lodge and watch a bit of TV, a DVD, play some music or read one of our books from the library
- Surf the net on one of the guest computers (one per lodge)
- Information talks on local plants and wildlife as well as conservation efforts can be organised on request for both adults and children
- Nose and swirl around a few South African reds and whites in the wine cellar at Safari Lodge - wine tasting sessions arranged on request. There is an outdoor dining area for up to six guests - great for private dining
- Star gazing at the observatory in the Bush
Something for the Children?
- Cubs of all ages are welcome at Rock Lodge and are invited to take part in the complimentary Ulusaba's Cubs' Club. Aiming to both entertain and educate cubs about their surroundings, the Cub's Club doesn't offer a set programme, but rather a range of activities suitable for every child.
